Boat tours in ibiza and formentera

'Charter Isla' recommends boat tours in Ibiza and Formentera.

Two coasts Tour One day Tour

One day Tour

In our boat tours in Ibiza and Formentera this is the shorter one recommended, approximately 8 hours route.  We can leave from various points of the islands: 'San Antonio de Portmany', Las Salinas beach, En Bossa, Talamanca beach, etc.

It can be a perfect day to enjoy with family or friends, you can choose what you want to do on board, we have snorkel kits and surf paddle board or, if you prefer, you can take your first steps in the world of sailing or perfect your knowledge. Also, you can sunbathe without anyone bothering you, while our skipper will ensure you have available everything you need.

Two coasts tour (7 days Boat tour by Ibiza and Formentera)

ruta-ibiza-formentera

This route will allow you to know in depth the coves and beaches around the islands of Ibiza and Formentera. The route is scheduled to travel short distances each day, in order to enjoy the contrasts offered to us by these coasts.  Cliffs, white sand and turquoise water: nothing to envy to the Caribbean landscapes.

ibiza boat trips

Stage 1

Port of Ibiza – Santa Eulalia (8 nautical miles)

The route of this stage is short to go adapting to life on board. On the way, we will approach to singular areas such as ‘Cala Llonga’, and will make a stop for swimming. Thanks to the dinghy Zodiac type that we have, we can go ashore at any beach or place of interest.

Stage 2

Santa Eulalia – Portinatx (15 nautical miles)

We headed north of the island, where we encounter a different terrain, with steep areas with abundant vegetation and small charming deserted coves, ideal place where snorkeling and paddle surf. The night will be spent anchored in a cove that gives us a good covered place, next to Portinatx..

Stage 3

Portinatx – San Antoni de Portmany (17 Nautical Miles)

We headed west, where we enter the coves and cliffs that offer this part of the island. In the Saladeta cove, we will stop to enjoy a swim and observe the contrast of green pine trees, its white sand and turquoise blue waters: what it gives us this enclosed bay is a pleasure for senses. We will arrive in front of the famous Coffee of the Sun, just in time to see one of the best sunsets on the island. After that, we will look for a place to anchor or, if you prefer, we can head the boat to the port to enjoy the night in the city.

Stage 4

Saint Antoni of Portmany – Cove Porroig (16 nautical miles).

We have to go visiting the unique places along the coast. Real wonders of nature as cove Bassa, cove Conta or the islets of Es Vedra. In the afternoon we will arrive at the cove Porroig, where we will spend the night quietly anchored..

Stage 5

Cove Porroig – Ses Illetes – Cove Saona (16 nautical miles)

In the morning we lift the anchor and headed to Ses Illetes in Formentera: the beach you've been looking for! White sand, two seas and a small deserted island (Es Palmador).

Stage 6

Cove Saona – Es Pujols (24 nautical miles)

We circled the island of Formentera, contemplating the majestic cliffs crowned by the lighthouse, keeper of the sailors. We can navigate the east of the island and, towards evening, we will go to Es Pujols.

Es Pujols is a great beach in the traditional sense: in an urban area, with all services, different shows at any time, water sports, shopping areas ... A quiet and comfortable option to enjoy with the whole family. During the day, we can enjoy a wide variety of restaurants and the tempting turquoise waters of Formentera. Some people says that many of the ads regarding the Caribbean are filmed on the beaches of this Spanish island.

Stage 7

Es Pujols – Port of Ibiza (12 nautical miles)

It is dawning and we are about to enjoy our last day with CHARTER ISLA. We weighed anchor and headed to the area called Freud Grande, mandatory route for all boats who want to cross between Ibiza and Formentera.

We will reach near the port of Ibiza, where we will take our deserved swim and rest a bit on the beach of Talamanca. The beach is surrounded by a fantastic selection of beach bars and restaurants. Preferred destination for residents on the island, like the Float Bar (a popular and economical place where breakfast) and the very popular restaurant Hostal Talamanca (here is a great cooking all day, especially fresh fish and seafood). There are also facilities for discerning gourmets, such as the elegant Harbour Club, or one of the best pizzas of the island in the Talamanca Club Sol.
